I love the moment in time you capture in these photos - the dripping bud and the skeletal leaf below especially. You are finding beauty in the decay that others ignore. The leaf brings to mind ice crystals or snow flakes.

Thank you for your lovely comment Sarah. The digital camera's macro ability has lead me to look at things more carefully. It's fun to see what it captures - sometimes wonderful things too small to be seen with eyes alone.
