Buttercup, Ranunculus repens

I found this Buttercup in an empty lot and dug it up for our garden where it is thriving, almost too well. The flowers have a very shiny sheen.

That's a very pretty flower! Well, some gardeners do not at all like any yellow flowers. What a pity! I have a special border for my yellow plants and named it "sun border". Yellow plants add so much joy to a garden, don't you think so?

Have a great week-end and warmest wishes from Germany

Hi Anita, I found this flower in an empty lot near our home. It's turned out to be a wonderful plant with beautiful dark green leaves and many bright yellow flowers. You couldn't ask more of a plant. Great idea to plant a special place for your yellow blooms. I do like the name sun border and thinking about yellow flowers especially during the cold and dreary winter is very nice.

Thank you for the nice comment and visit.
