Thank you for the compliment Verena, and welcome from Austria! The Magnolia stellata blooms when it's quite small and is more a shrub than tree so you could possibly grow one in a sheltered spot. We have several in the unprotected NW exposure and they seem to do fine. Thanks for stopping by.
